Ingredients
4 oz cooked crabmeat/flaked
2 T chopped red bell pepper
1 med green onion W/top/thinly sliced
2 T FF mayonnaise
2 T FF sour cream
1/4- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1-2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper/to taste
2 slices white, or whole wheat, bread
2 slices (3/4 oz each) FF American cheese
Mix crabmeat, red bell pepper, green onion, mayonnaise,
sour cream, and dill weed in small bowl; season to taste
with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread on bread slices
and top with cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees, or broil, until sandwiches
are warm and cheese melted.
