Ingredients
6 C fresh spinach leaves
1/4 C light balsamic vinaigrette
salad dressing or Citrus Vinaigrette
1 C matchstick-sized pieces apple
1/4 C dried cranberries
1/4 C chopped walnuts or toasted pecans
1/4 C crumbled RF feta or blue cheese
Place spinach leaves and salad dressing in a large bowl toss, mix well, divide between 4 salad plates.
Top with apples/cranberries/nuts/and cheese.. Serve immediately.
