Crunchy Cheese & Herb Drumsticks

    Ingredients

      1-1/2 C bran or corn flakes cereal
      1-1/2 T chopped parsley
      2-1/2 T grated Parmesan cheese
      1 tsp minced garlic
      3/4 tsp dried basil
      1/2 tsp chili powder
      1/8 tsp black pepper
      1 egg
      2 T milk or water
      8 skinless chicken drumsticks


    Preheat oven to 400 degrees…Spray a baking sheet with vegetable spray.
    In a food processor combine bran flakes, parsley, Parmesan, garlic, basil, chili powder and pepper;Process into fine crumbs. Set aside.

    in a bowl whisk egg and milk. Dip each drumstick in egg wash, roll in crumbs; place on prepared baking sheet.

    Bake, turning halfway, for 35 minutes or until browned and chicken is cooked through.
