Herb Crusted Chicken Breast

    Ingredients

      1/2 C dry bread crumbs
      1-1/2 tsp sage
      1 tsp fresh rosemary/chopped
      1-1/2 tsp fresh thyme/chopped
      1/2 tsp black pepper
      1/2 tsp garlic powder
      1/2 tsp salt
      1 lg egg/beaten
      4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts


    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, sage, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Dredge chicken breasts in beaten egg, then mixed herbs, until breasts are well coated. Place in oven and cook for 20-30 minutes,or until the chicken is done.
