Ingredients
15 oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained/rinsed
1/4 C fresh lemon juice
2 T - FF sour cream
1 T extra-virgin olive oil
1 T tahini
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
Chopped flat-leaf (Italian) parsley, for garnish
In a food processor or blender, process chickpeas,
lemon juice, sour cream, olive oil, Tahini, garlic,
sesame oil, cumin, and paprika until smooth, add
1 to 3 tablespoons of water as needed to obtain a
creamy consistency. Garnish with the parsley and serve.
