Ingredients
3 C sliced apples
1 16 oz can juice packed peaches, undrained
1/2 C oatmeal
1/2 C whole-wheat flour
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp cornstarch
2 T- RF margarine
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, lightly coat a 9x9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Put apples and peaches in pan.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir half of mixture into fruit. Sprinkle remainder of the
dry mixture over top of the fruit and bake for 30 minutes.
