GARLIC STICKS

    Ingredients

      2 T extra-virgin olive oil
      4 slices day-old white bread
      2 T grated Parmesan cheese
      2 cloves garlic, minced
      1 tsp dried oregano


    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Pour oil into a small bowl.

    Cut each slice of bread into 5 even strips, about 3/4 inch wide. Arrange on wax paper. Brush each strip lightly with oil on both sides.

    In a small bowl, combine cheese, garlic, and oregano. Sprinkle mixture over strips, pressing with your fingers to make crumb mixture adhere.

    Place on prepared baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, about 13 minutes.
