Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 C frozen shredded hash brown potatoes/thawed
1/4 C sliced green onions
2 T grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp black pepper
Preheat broiler.. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, potatoes, green onions, cheese, and black pepper. Mix well, shape into four patties (1/2-inch thick).
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once.
