Ingredients
1 lb new red potatoes
1/2 C sliced radishes (optional)
Dressing:
3 T plain, NF yogurt
1 T red-cal mayonnaise
1-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Scrub potatoes & cube. Place in medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 12 minutes or until potatoes are done. Drain. Mix dressing and combine ingredients. Serve hot or cold.
