Ingredients
3/4 lb romaine lettuce
(1 small head)
3 sm. kiwi fruits, peeled/sliced/cut into
1/4-inch rounds
2 oranges, peeled/sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
3 T apple cider or champagne vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
2 T walnut oil or olive oil
1 small red onion, sliced into rings
Wash lettuce, tear into bite-sized pieces. Place on a serving platter top with kiwis and oranges placed in a circular pattern.
Combine vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, salt and oil in a small bowl. Whisk until blended. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Top with red onion rings
