Ingredients
1/2 C dry sherry
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp grated orange peel
3 T frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 C water
2 tsp honey
4 (4 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the chicken. Add chicken breasts.. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven broiler. Discard marinade and broil chicken 4 inches away from the heat for 5-7 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
