Paprika Potatoe’s

    Ingredients

      3/4 lb red potatos, cut in quarters
      2 T unsalted butter, melted
      1 T paprika
      1/2 tsp black pepper
      1/2 tsp salt


    Preheat oven to 350 degrees, pour melted butter over potatoes, add paprika, black pepper, and salt.

    Mix well so that the potatoes are evenly coated. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are fully cooked.
