Ingredients
4 oz light cream cheese
2 T sugar
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 C-FF half-and-half or FF milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 (6 oz) pears, sliced
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on low speed, beat until well blended..Add half-and-half and vanilla and blend until smooth. Serve with pears.
