Ingredients
1 C yellow cornmeal
3/4 tsp salt substitute
1 C flour
1 med egg/slightly beaten
4 tsp baking powder
1 C skim milk
Sift dry ingredients, add egg and milk, mix well.
Pour into 12x8-inch pan, sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray.
Bake at 425 degrees 25 minutes. .Cut into 12 squares.
