Spiced Berries

    Ingredients

      1-1/2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
      1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
      Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 teaspoons


    Wash berries and divide between 2 small dessert bowls. Heat balsamic vinegar on high heat for 1 minute or until reduced by one-quarter. Add sugar substitute and stir to dissolve.

    Pour sauce over berries.
