Strawberries “N” Cream

    Ingredients

      12 lg strawberries (about 12 oz)
      1 can pressurized whipped light cream
      2 T shaved dark chocolate


    Rinse berries, pat dry with paper towels. Trim stem end, cut in half lengthwise.

    Cut a thin strip off the bottom of each berry half so they sit upright without tipping over.

    Squirt about 2 teaspoons of whipped cream into the center of each berry and sprinkle about 1/4 teaspoon of shaved chocolate over the top.

    Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
