Ingredients
6 oz part-skim ricotta cheese
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1 garlic clove/minced
12 lg mushrooms/stems removed
Lemon juice
1 T chopped parsley
Dash paprika
In a medium-size bowl mix cheese with mustard and garlic.. Dip mushrooms in lemon juice, stuff with cheese mixture; sprinkle with parsley and a dash of paprika.
