Ingredients
2 T peanut oil
2 lg sweet onions/cut into ˝ inch wedges
1 T sesame seeds
3 med zucchini/cut in half lengthwise then into 1/4-inch slices
2 tsp light soy sauce
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high
heat. Sauté onions and sesame seeds over high heat
for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add zucchini, cook until vegetables are just tender. Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
