Ingredients
4 (4 oz) tuna steaks, 1-inch thick
Marinade Ingredients:
1/4 C lite soy sauce
2 T dry sherry
2 tsp sesame oil
2 T orange juice
1 tsp minced ginger
2 cloves garlic/minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes(optional)
1 T brown sugar
In medium bowl or zip lock bag, combine all marinade ingredients, add tuna steaks and turn to coat with marinade. Cover & Marinate tuna 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove tuna from marinade & discard.
Preheat broiler or grill. Spray broiler pan or grill rack by with nonstick spray.. Broil or grill 4-6 inches from the heat source, turning once for a total cooking time of 7-8 minutes. (Cook a bit longer if you want well-done tuna).
