Ingredients
1 C- FF sour cream
1-1/2 T dried dill weed
1 T plus 1 tsp X virgin olive oil
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
2-1/2 C cucumber slices
*Place all ingredients except cucumber slices in a small mixing
bowl stir until well blended. Serve with cucumber slices.
