Barbecued Chicken

    Ingredients

      3 lb chicken parts (breast/drumstick/thigh) skin & fat removed
      1 lg onion, thinly sliced
      3 T vinegar
      3 T Worcestershire sauce
      2 T brown sugar
      black pepper, to taste
      1 T hot pepper flakes
      1 T chili powder
      1 C chicken broth


    Place chicken in 13 X 9 inch pan. Arrange onions over top.

    Mix vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, pepper, hot pepper flakes, chili powder, and broth.

    Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees, 1 hour or until done.. Baste occasionally while cooking.
