Sautéed Broccoli W/ Garlic & Lemon

    Ingredients

      1 lb broccoli florets
      1/2 C low sodium chicken broth
      4 tsp olive oil
      6 cloves garlic, minced
      1/4 tsp salt
      2 T fresh lemon juice


    Steam broccoli until barely tender, about 3 minutes. Combine broth and oil in skillet over medium-high heat, add broccoli, garlic and salt. Cook, stirring frequently, until the broccoli is tender and the liquid evaporates.

    Transfer to serving bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice. Let stand until slightly warm or at room temperature before serving.
