Ingredients
3 pounds chicken wings
about 16 wings
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp prepared or spicy mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Hot pepper sauce, to taste (optional)
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing at joint to make two sections. Place wing parts on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches rom heat 20 minutes, 10 minutes a side or until chicken is brown.
Transfer chicken to Crock-Pot Slow Cooker.
For sauce, combine barbecue sauce, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
Pour over chicken wings. Cover and cook on Low 4 to 5 hours or on High 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve directly from Crock-Pot Slow Cooker.
