Ingredients
6 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, uncooked
1 (10 oz) can FF Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (10 oz) can FF Broccoli Cheese Soup
6 Potatoes, peeled / cut in half or quartered
1/2 C Water
16 oz Baby Carrots
1 Onion, peeled/sliced into thick rings
1 T Cornstarch
Salt & Pepper to taste
Spray crockpot with cooking spray…Place carrots, potatoes and onions in crockpot. Place chicken on top, Whisk soups and water together, pour over ingredients in crockpot. Sprinkle with pepper. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
With slotted spoon, remove chicken, potatoes, carrots and onions to serving dish, drain as much of the soup as possible. Cover to keep warm.
Add cornstarch to the soup, whisk until smooth…Place lid on crockpot and continue to cook on low for another 5 minutes.
Note: Divide carrots and onions.Top with 1/3 Cup Soup Mixture…
