Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

    Servings: 6 / Units per serving=4


    Ingredients

      1 C cut-up cooked chicken
      1 lb frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
      1 can (10 3/4 ounces)98% FF cream of chicken soup
      1 C-RF Bisquick
      1/2 C-FF milk
      1 egg


    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix chicken, vegetables and soup, pour into ungreased large pie pan. Mix bisquick, milk and egg, Pour on top of chicken and veggies.

    Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
