Crockpot Hamburger Stew

    (serving = about 1 1/4 cups)


    Ingredients

      4 Servings Extra Lean Ground Beef 96% Lean -- (1 pound)
      3 Cups Potatoes -- cubed
      1 1/2 Cups Celery -- sliced 1/8" thick
      2 Cups Carrots -- sliced 1/8" thick
      1 Cup Onion -- chopped
      1 1/2 Cups Frozen Peas
      1 3/4 Cups Hunts Chunky Italian Style Tomato Sauce -- (15 oz. can)
      1 1/4 Cups Campbells Beef Broth -- (1-10.5 oz. can)
      1 Cup Tomato Sauce -- (1-8 oz. can)
      Salt And Pepper -- to taste


    Brown and drain ground beef. In crockpot, combine potatoes, celery, carrots, onion and peas.

    Add browned meat. Pour in the Italian tomato sauce, the beef broth, and the regular tomato sauce. Stir until thoroughly combined.

    Cover and cook on high for 6 to 8 hours. Stir occasionally.
