Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 T soy sauce
3 T sesame seeds
2 T flour
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 T light butter
Cut chicken breasts in half, Combine sesame seeds, flour, and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces into soy sauce; dredge in sesame seed mixture. Arrange chicken, bone side down, in a large, shallow baking dish; drizzle (or dot) with margarine
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
