Ingredients
4 C prepared margarita cocktail
2 T lemon juice
2 T lime juice
1 T garlic powder
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
In a large skillet combine margarita mix, lemon
juice, lime juice and garlic powder. Mix together, add
chicken. Simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until
margarita mix has become a light glaze and chicken is cooked
through (no longer pink inside).
