Ingredients
1 oz deli-style roast beef
1/4 medium bell pepper(s)
1/2 small onion(s)
1 Light Hot Dog Bun
1 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
Slice onion and peppers into strips. Cut cheese wedge into 3 slices, Slice roast beef into thin strips.
In a non-stick skillet, saute onions and peppers until tender-crisp. Add roast beef and saute 1 minute to warm. Bring all to center of skillet, lay cheese slices on top of mixture. Cover to melt cheese.
Warm a lite hot dog bun, place meat ,veggies and cheese into bun.
