Rosemary Pork Chops

    Ingredients

      2 tsp. minced garlic
      1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
      1/2 tsp. salt
      1/4 tsp. black pepper
      4 (4 oz) boneless center cut loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick.)
      Cooking spray


    Preheat broiler. Combine first 4 ingredients. Rub the mixture over both sides of pork chops. Place the pork chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
