Seafood W/Stuffing


    Ingredients

      1/2 lb Haddock
      1/2 lb Crabmeat, cooked
      1/2 lb Uncooked shrimp, chopped
      1/2 C butter, (1 stick)
      1/4 C celery, diced
      1 lge onion, diced
      2 cloves garlic, minced
      3 C dry breadcrumbs
      1 C seasoned croutons
      1/4 tsp cayenne pepper


    Sauté celery, onion and garlic in butter until translucent.
    Add haddock, breaking apart while sautéing for 5-7 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Fold in breadcrumbs, croutons, crabmeat and cayenne pepper, Place in greased casserole and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
