Ingredients
2 egg whites
2 T soy sauce
1 T honey
3/4 C crushed cornflake crumbs
1 1/2 T sesame seeds
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb skinless/boneless chicken breast/cut in strips
Combine first 3 ingredients whisk in a bowl. In another bowl combine next 5 ingredients..
Dip chicken in egg white then in cereal.
Place on sprayed baking sheet.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
