Swedish Meatballs

    Ingredients

      1/2 C onion(s)
      3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
      1/2 C plain bread crumbs
      1 item egg
      1 tsp table salt
      1/4 tsp black pepper
      1/8 C all-purpose flour
      2 C- FF skim milk
      16 oz 95% lean ground beef


    Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, nutmeg, salt, pepper, finely chopped onion and egg together in a bowl. Make 16 meatballs. Spray skillet with Pam and brown meatballs. Remove. Mix flour and milk, stir into the skillet, scrape up any brown bits in the bottom. Stir until thick and bubbly, return the meatballs to the sauce and heat through.
