Turkey-Ranch Pie

    Servings:4 /6 Units per serving


    Ingredients

      1 1/2 C cut-up cooked turkey
      1-1/2 C frozen mixed vegetables
      1/2 C Monterey Jack cheese
      1/2 C RF Bisquick
      1 envelope ranch dressing mix
      1 C milk
      2 eggs


    Heat oven to 400°. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Place turkey and mixed vegetables in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

    NOTE: use egg substitute and LF cheese to reduce Units.
