Ingredients
1 C LF milk
1 cup SF vanilla NF frozen yogurt
1/2 C brewed espresso,
cooled to room temperature
1 tsp superfine sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 ice cubes
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour into two tall chilled glasses; sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if you like.

Note: If you like your coffee strong, omit the sugar.
Tip: Using superfine sugar (dissolves) instantly, leaving no residue at the bottom of the blender.
Don't have superfine sugar? Dissolve granulated sugar in the liquid before putting in the blender.
