Ingredients
2 1/2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
16 oz cream cheese/softened
1 oz pkg Ranch dressing mix
3/4 C almonds or chopped pecans (optional)
In medium size bowl, mash cream cheese, add ranch dressing and Cheddar cheese shape into a ball and roll in the almonds. . Refrigerate until ready to serve..
Serve with an assortment of crackers.

Note: recipe makes a large cheese ball… cut the recipe in half, or make 2 cheese balls.
