Ingredients
In blender, blend milk powder, Splenda Granular, margarine and water until smooth, scraping down sides to incorporate all dry ingredients..
**Evaporated Milk (Substitute)
2 Units per half cup
Mix 5 T-FF powdered milk with enough water to make 1/2 cup.
**This equals 1/2 cup of FF Evaporated milk.
***need a whole cup..
Mix 10 T and water to make 1 cup…
** Evaporated milk is milk with half the water removed.
**Sweetened Condensed Milk (12oz)
Equals home made SFFF condensed milk
1/2 C cold water
1/3 C Carnation N/F Dry Milk
1/2 C Splenda
Put cold water in a 2 C glass measuring cup, Stir in powdered milk to make a smooth paste. Cover with plastic wrap microwave on HIGH for 45-60 seconds until mixture is very hot Do not boil. Stir in Splenda and mix well.
Recover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs before using
