Crab Quiche

    Serves: 6 / 3 Units per serving (150 Calories 3g Fat 0g Fiber)


    Ingredients

      8 OZ imitation crabmeat, flaked
      3/4 C RF Mexican blend cheese, shredded
      4 OZ FF cream cheese, cut into 1/4" cubes
      1/4 C green onions, sliced
      1/2 tsp basil
      1/2 tsp salt
      1/2 C RF Bisquick
      1 C skim milk
      1/2 C liquid egg substitute


    Mix crabmeat, shredded cheese, cream cheese, onions, salt and basil in a medium bowl. Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

    Beat remaining ingredients with electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour over crab mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Cut into 6 servings.
