Crepes

    Ingredients

      1 C flour
      1 1/2 C skim milk
      1 egg or 1/4 C eggbeaters
      1/4 tsp salt
      Cooking spray


    Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Spray/Heat nonstick 6" skillet, remove from heat, spoon about 2 T batter.. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly.. Do this quickly.. Return to heat, brown on one side only. Crepe is done when it no longer looks glossy.. Invert pan over paper toweling...removing crepe.

    Repeat to make about 18 crepes, spraying skillet between each cooking. Crepes have 34 calories
