Egg Nog

    Yield: 6 cups/ Units per cup=3


    Ingredients

      1 box SF FF vanilla pudding mix
      6 cups milk (1 or 2% )
      1 tsp rum or vanilla extract
      1/4 tsp nutmeg

      Adding rum with nutmeg gives you the classic eggnog flavor, if you use liquor instead of extract, add Units for the change..

    Combine pudding mix with 2 cups milk and mix well.

    Add the remaining milk to make 6 cups. Add the nutmeg and extract. Mix well.

    Refrigerate for an hour or 2 before serving. (The "egg nog" will thicken in the fridge.) NOTE: Add more milk if you like it thinner…
