Frappuccino Light

    100 calories per serving, 1 g fat

    Ingredients

      1 1/4 C double-strength French roast coffee, chilled
      3/4 C 1% milk
      2 1/2 T sugar
      2 1/2 T Splenda
      2 C ice


    Make double strength French roast coffee by brewing with twice the grounds required by your coffee maker. That should be 2 T of grounds per each cup of coffee. Be sure to chill this before you use it in the drink or the ice will melt

    To make drinks, combine all ingredients in a blender & blend on high speed until the ice is crushed & drink is smooth.

    Pour into two 16 oz glasses, add whipped cream on top, if you like, add a straw,& serve.

    Makes 2 "grande" drinks.

    Note:

    You can make the flavored version of the Frappuccino Light by adding 2T of ANY sf syrup (eg. caramel ,vanilla, white choc.)
