Ingredients
1 serving cooking spray(5 sprays)
8 average uncooked RF crescent roll(s), refrigerated (1 tube)
11 oz light cream cheese
1/2 C apricot preserves
2 T powdered sugar
2 C strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 C blueberries
1 C Raspberries
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 10 by 15-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Unroll crescent roll dough and press onto the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of pan to form a crust; seal seams and perforations.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in preserves and sugar; spread over crust. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Just before serving, arrange berries on top.
Cut into 20 pieces.
