Raspberry Peach Smoothie

    Ingredients

      6 oz plain FF yogurt
      1 med peach pitted and sliced,
      or 1/2 C frozen sliced peaches, thawed
      1/2 C raspberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
      1/4 tsp vanilla extract


    Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

    (Note: For a thicker smoothie, add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.)
