Roasted Red Pepper Dip
12 Servings /5 Units for entire recipe
1 serving = 1 T
Ingredients
(1) 8 oz carton fatfree sour cream
1/4 cup chopped roasted red sweet peppers
2 T sliced green onion
1 tsp basil
2 cloves garlic -- minced,
1 dash salt.
Mix all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours
( better if chilled overnight)
serve with fresh vegetables or reduced fat crackers
