Spinach Dip

    Servings: 8 / Units per serving=2


    Ingredients

      1 C spinach
      8 oz light cream cheese
      1/2 C - FF sour cream
      2 T shredded Parmesan cheese
      1 tsp garlic salt


    Spray pan, sauté frozen spinach until heated through. Mix cream cheese with spinach, fold in sour cream, cheese and garlic salt until thoroughly mixed.

    Serve hot with a serving of triscuit crackers or baked tortilla chips for an added 2 Units.
