Spinach Dip 4

    Servings: 12/ Units per serving=1 (Serving=1/4 cup)


    Ingredients

      10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach/thawed/squeezed dry
      16 oz FF sour cream
      1 pkg Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
      8 oz can water chestnuts/drained/chopped
      3 green onions/chopped


    Combine sour cream and Knorr mix. . Fold in water chestnuts and green onions.. Add spinach stir well to mix thoroughly. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. *Nutrition Information: 47 Cal., 0 g fat, 0.5 g fiber
