Spinach Dip 3

    Ingredients

      1 (12 oz) carton 1% LF cottage cheese
      1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach,thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
      1/2 c. LF sour cream
      1/4 c. dry vegetable soup mix
      2 tsp. grated fresh onion
      1 tsp. lemon juice
      1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped


    Place cheese in food processor, process until smooth, scrape sides of bowl...Place in a medium bowl…

    Stir spinach and remaining ingredients into cheese, Cover and chill…

    Serve with unsalted crackers, breadsticks, melba toast, or raw vegetables..
