Spinach Dip 6

    Ingredients

      1 C - FF sour cream
      1/2 C - FF mayonnaise
      1/2 C plain FF yogurt
      3 oz vegetable soup mix
      1/2 lb chopped frozen spinach
      1/2 C canned water chestnuts
      1 medium carrot(s)
      1 T fresh lemon juice


    Thaw and squeeze dry frozen spinach., Chop water chestnuts, shred the carrot.. Mix all ingredients and chill for an hour. Serve with veggies or rye bread.
