Ingredients
8 C Fresh Spinach, Steamed
4 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 C part skim ricotta cheese
4 oz RF grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 teaspoon
8 cooked lasagna noodles
Sauce:
2 C crushed tomatoes
1/2 C chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Basil & Oregano
Mix first 7 ingredients well.. Lay noodles on a clean towel. .
Put 1/3 cup filling on each noodle and spread to within 1 inch end of noodle ..Roll up and put in 6 x 9 sprayed dish.
Assemble sauce, Simmer 10 minutes. . Pour over noodles.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
