American Chop Suey

    Servings: 8 / Units Per Serving=3


    Ingredients

      1 lb 93% ground beef
      28 oz tomato sauce
      3 lge green peppers
      2 medium onions
      1 lb elbow macaroni
      salt, pepper
      minced garlic, to taste


    Saute, Sliced peppers, onions, salt and pepper. Remove & set aside. Brown ground beef, drain, & return to pan.. add peppers, onions, tomato sauce and seasoning.. Simmer while pasta is cooking. Drain pasta add to beef mixture….

    **Note: I have stuffed green peppers with this filling…Awesome…

    I have also added generous amount of Chili Powder and Kidney Beans for low (Unit) Chili….
